ADX Brisbane 2025 Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
- The offer is available exclusively to attendees of ADX Brisbane 2025.
- The offer is limited to one per new customer.
- Participants must be registered dental professionals (dentists, specialists, or practice owners).
- Employees, agents, and representatives of 3D Sleep and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. Prize Details
- Each prize consists of one of the following:
- 3D Sleep Institute Program (valued at $2,190 + GST)
- George Gauge Registration Kit (valued at $265 + GST)
- Oral Appliance (valued at $655 GST-free)
- Occlusal Splint (valued at $279 + GST)
- Gift Card (valued at $100)
- The specific prize awarded is determined by 3D Sleep at its discretion.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another product/service.
- The prize must be redeemed by 30 June 2025, unless otherwise arranged with 3D Sleep.
3. Winner Selection & Notification
- Eligible participants will be entered into a random draw.
- Winners will be notified via email or phone by Friday, 28 March 2025.
- If a winner does not confirm acceptance within 7 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another eligible participant.
4. Ordering & Redemption Process
- The first appliance order must be placed through the 3D Sleep ordering system by 30 June 2025, unless otherwise arranged with 3D Sleep.
- Orders must meet all standard clinical and technical requirements for fabrication.
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate scans, impressions, and prescription details.
- For prizes involving the 3D Sleep Institute Program, the prize covers course registration only; any additional travel, accommodation, or incidental costs are the responsibility of the winner.
5. General Terms
- 3D Sleep reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.
- By participating, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian law, and the decision of 3D Sleep is final.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
